Maxime Derudder is an experienced Process Safety Engineer with a robust background in risk identification, consequence modeling, and safety management aimed at improving operational safety in complex industrial settings. They have worked across various industries, including oil and gas, chemical processing, and ore refining, and possess extensive international experience in multiple countries. Currently, Maxime serves as a Senior Risk Advisor at GHD, following roles as the Head Process Safety Engineer at Néodyme NC and Managing Director at Neodyme Australia Pty Ltd, where they led significant safety assessments and managed international client portfolios. Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Risk Management from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen.
