May Lin Chew

May Lin Chew is a seasoned Chief Legal Officer with extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in Legal, Enterprise Risk, and Corporate Compliance. They have worked in various notable roles, including Executive Committee Secretary and Executive Adviser at Shell, and Managing Counsel for Downstream Chemicals and M&A Projects. May has also served as General Counsel and Executive Manager for Legal, Governance & External Relations at Western Power. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Legal Officer at GHD while pursuing degrees in Law and Commerce at Murdoch University and The University of Western Australia, respectively.
