Mel O'Brien

Mel O'Brien is a Global People Services Leader with extensive experience in HR transformation and technology. They began their career at Kellogg Brown & Root Pty Ltd as a Human Resources Associate and further developed their expertise in various HR roles at Telstra, including HR Business Partner and Process Design Lead for the Global HR Operating Model. Mel later served as the People Operations & Transformation Lead at BAE Systems Australia, enhancing the employee experience through process optimization and customer satisfaction initiatives. Currently, they are the Global People Services Lead at GHD, where they continue to drive excellence in employee experience across global teams.
