Mike Moran

Mike Moran, CPA, CA, ICD.D, serves as the CFO for the Americas at GHD, a leading professional services company focused on water, energy, resources, environment, property and buildings, and transportation since December 2016. With extensive experience in financial leadership roles, Mike has contributed to organizations such as Golder Associates as Global CFO, and held advisory positions on the boards of WebSan Solutions Inc. and Syncopate Financial Leadership. Additionally, Mike served as Chair of the Board for ISAND, an organization dedicated to supporting children and young adults with autism. Educational credentials include a B.A. (Hons.) in Accounting from the University of Waterloo, a CPA, CA designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
