Mike Thompson

Mike Thompson has extensive experience in fire protection engineering, having served as Principal at Gage-Babcock & Associates, Inc. from September 1986 to April 2003 and at The Protection Engineering Group, Inc. from April 2003 until the company's merger with GHD in April 2014. Most recently, Mike Thompson held the position of Senior Project Manager - Fire Protection at GHD for a brief period in October 2020, transitioning into retirement while remaining available for part-time support as needed. Mike Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland between 1973 and 1977.
