Mike Westerman

Mike Westerman is the Global Hydropower Lead at GHD, where they focus on international pumped storage developments in Scotland, North America, and the Middle East, building on their success in Australia. They have accumulated extensive experience in the energy sector, holding various positions in prominent engineering consultancies, including Manager of Renewable Energy at Hatch and International Business Development Manager at Norconsult. Mike has a strong background in contract administration and hydro engineering, from prefeasibility to refurbishment, and holds a BE (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. Currently, Mike is pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Law at The University of Queensland.
