Mirella Perri, CHRL, is currently the Regional People Leader at GHD, where they align HR strategies with business objectives while providing leadership support to the People Team. Previously, they held senior leadership roles at PwC, Dentons, and Tata Consultancy Services, where they developed HR policies, built HR infrastructure, and advised senior management on complex HR matters. Mirella’s career has focused on enhancing employee engagement, performance management, and legislative compliance across various organizations. They are pursuing a Business Administration Diploma in Marketing at George Brown College.
