Mitch Gateman is a Project Director and Program Lead specializing in Emergency Response and Preparedness. They have extensive experience in environmental roles, having served as an Environmental Coordinator at CN, where they ensured compliance with environmental regulations and coordinated emergency responses. Previously, they were the Director of Operations at Blint Shakes, managing operations and business development for automated protein shake kiosks across North America. Mitch holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master's degree in Urban Development and Sustainability from Bond University.
