Nathaniel Sermersheim is a seasoned Project Manager and Data Analyst with extensive experience in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. Currently employed at GHD since September 2013, Nathaniel manages nationwide disposal and product recovery projects while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Previous experience includes managing similar responsibilities at Premium Environmental Services, where Nathaniel coordinated transportation and oversaw subcontractors. Nathaniel began a professional journey with roles at Harris & Currens, P.C., Skillern Builder, HILL WATER CORPORATION, and Adams Hauling & Construction, which provided a diverse skill set ranging from administrative tasks to hands-on technical work. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Management and Operations from Ball State University.
