Nick Greene is a highly experienced Automation Engineer with over 20 years in the planning, design, commissioning, and support of Automation and Control and Communication Systems. They began their career as a Hardware Engineer at BAE Systems, contributing to the CADCOM project for the Western Australian Police Service. After working as a Communications Engineer at Western Power, Nick took on the role of Automation Engineer, leading key projects and developing processes for automation systems across various substation sites. Currently, they serve as Technical Director for Substation Automation at GHD, providing advanced automation solutions within the Future Energy business group. Nick holds multiple degrees from Curtin University and Murdoch University, including a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
