Noah Seca

Noah Seca is a Graduate Bridge Engineer at GHD, specializing in the design and analysis of bridges. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where they are expected to graduate in 2026. Noah has diverse engineering experience, including roles as a Structural Frame Design Captain for the UW Concrete Toboggan & Canoe Team and various co-op positions at organizations such as Rankin Construction Inc. and Associated Engineering, where they contributed to project design, inspection, and analysis. Currently, at GHD, they perform advanced finite element analysis and structural calculations for bridge projects.
