Paul Baron

Paul Baron, PE, CCM, DFE, LEED AP, is a Principal and Senior Technical Director at GHD, overseeing operations for the Pacific Region and the Guam Office. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and have over 33 years of experience in planning, permitting, design, and construction management. Prior to GHD, Paul served as Vice President at EFC Engineers & Architects from 1991 to 2006 and as a Senior Project Manager at Winzler & Kelly from 2006 to 2011. A registered Professional Engineer in multiple regions, Paul is also a Certified Construction Manager and a LEED Accredited Professional, recognized for their solution-driven approach and partnership style with clients and stakeholders.
