Peter Egberts

Peter Egberts is a Principal at GHD, where they also serve as an EPA Appointed Environmental Auditor in Victoria, adhering to the Environmental Protection Act 1970. Peter has extensive experience in soil and groundwater contamination and remediation, having previously held roles including Project Director at ERM and Senior Environmental Advisor at Lane Piper. They began their career as an Environmental Geologist with various companies, including IT Environmental and Fluor Daniel GTI, where they focused on contamination risks and remediation strategies. Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in geology and a graduate diploma in land rehabilitation from the University of Ballarat, along with an advanced certificate in civil engineering from the Gordon Institute.
