Phil Guo is a seasoned transport modelling professional with extensive experience in managing and delivering complex transport projects. Currently serving as Technical Director for GHD, Phil oversees a team of transport modellers in Sydney, contributing to significant projects for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW), including interchange design and traffic modelling for congestion programs. Previous roles include Senior Consultant for Transport for NSW, where Phil reviewed traffic modelling for major projects, and Senior Modeller at WSP, providing technical leadership on various traffic analysis initiatives. Phil is also a PTV Certified Trainer, specializing in PTV Mobility Software. Phil holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering Science from UNSW and a Bachelor’s degree in Traffic Engineering from Tongji University.
