Philip Morgan

Philip Morgan is an experienced leader in the transport and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Market Leader for Transport at GHD since August 2017, with overall responsibility for the Transport business in Western Australia. Previously, Philip held roles such as State Manager for Victoria at Opus International Consultants Limited, where management of local operations and full profit and loss responsibility were key. Philip also served as Managing Director at Morgan Infrastructure Solutions, focusing on infrastructure project delivery. Earlier career highlights include regional management positions at URS Corporation, overseeing significant operational teams and major civil infrastructure projects, as well as leadership roles at Sinclair Knight Merz and Halcrow in Australia and internationally. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
