Renaud Abrahamme is a seasoned engineer with a passion for designing all types of structures, particularly focusing on the integration of bridges and viaducts within their environments. Currently serving as a Technical Leader for Bridges at GHD in Eastern Canada, they provide technical services from preliminary studies to detailed design, including construction plans and support for project owners and contractors. Renaud has a wealth of experience, having been involved in over 80 bridge projects as a project lead, principal designer, and verifier, and has previously worked at notable companies such as WSP in Canada and Sotraisol Fondations. Renaud holds an engineering master's degree in Public Works and Maritime from Université de Nantes and a specialization in concrete structure calculations from CHEC Centre des Hautes Etudes de la Construction.
