Richard Gardner

Richard Gardner is an experienced Global Programme Manager at GHD, where responsibility includes managing the rapid deployment of Microsoft Teams globally in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, overseeing a transition from Cisco to Teams for telephony, and implementing an ERP system for 10,000 users worldwide. Additional contributions involve running a Modern Workplace program with Microsoft, implementing ISO20022 payment solutions for various financial platforms, and previously deploying SharePoint and Lotus Notes to Exchange. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Brisbane City Council, where oversight of the Infrastructure Maintenance Program was required, along with the implementation of PCI DSS compliance for payment solutions. Richard Gardner holds an LL.B in Law from Nottingham Trent University and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law.
