Richard Relyea

Richard Relyea serves as the Global Water Loss/Water Meter/AMI Director and Senior Project Manager for Advanced Automation & Connected Infrastructure at GHD, focusing on mechanical engineering for water and wastewater clients across Northern California, North America, and internationally. With extensive experience, Richard has held various roles in project and construction management, engineering, and leadership across multiple organizations. Prior positions include Project Manager/Associate Engineer at MC Engineering, Inc., and Water Quality Engineer at AECOM. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and two associate degrees in Creative Writing and Mathematics from Ventura College.
