Roberta Lamont has over two decades of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Quality Leader for the Asia-Pacific region at GHD since February 2007. In addition to this role, Roberta has held positions such as Technical Director - Civil, Manager of the Western Sydney Airport Team, Principal Quality Manager, and Principal Geotechnical Engineer within the same company. Prior to GHD, Roberta worked at URS Corporation as an Associate Geotechnical Engineer and at Carl Bro Ireland as a Project Engineer. Early career experience includes a role as a Geotechnical Engineer at Douglas Partners Pty Ltd. Roberta holds a Master of Engineering Science in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the University of New South Wales.
