Ron Heffron

Ron Heffron is the Vice President of Future Fuels at GHD, bringing over 40 years of experience in the energy industry. Ron specializes in the planning and design of infrastructure projects that bridge the energy and marine sectors, with global recognition for his work on facilities related to future fuels and offshore initiatives. Previously, Ron has held leadership roles at various companies, including Moffatt & Nichol and COWI, and has served as Regional Manager at Collins Engineers, Inc. Ron holds a Master's degree in Systems/Structural Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Michigan Technological University, with part of an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
