Sam Zargar

Sam Zargar is a highly experienced Senior Pavement Engineer, currently with GHD since July 2022. Previous roles include Senior Road & Pavement Designer for Road Infrastructure Design & Consulting, Senior Project Engineer at Pars AB, and Road/Pavement Engineer at ARRB, among others. Sam has a strong background in road and pavement design, inspection, and materials testing, along with notable contributions to national projects related to pavement performance and materials, particularly in Queensland. Educational qualifications include a PhD and Master's degree in Highway and Transportation Engineering with a focus on pavements from the University of Southern Queensland and the University of Malaya, respectively, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Azad University.
