Sheila Viesca, PhD, is the CEO of TalkShop and TalkShop Consultancy, where they provide consultancy and training in leadership, communication, and branding. With over two decades of experience in people development, Sheila earned their doctorate with the highest distinction, focusing on leadership principles. Currently, they serve as a Global Coach for the Asia Pacific at GHD and hold various positions, including Corporate Secretary and Trustee at the Asian Social Institute and Foreign Service Trainer for the Department of Tourism.
