Stephen Desesa

Stephen DeSesa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and construction management, particularly in the water and wastewater sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project/Construction Manager at GHD since October 2013, Stephen oversees design and construction projects. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at Atkins from October 2007 to October 2013, responsibilities included managing projects and seeking new opportunities. Earlier roles included Senior Project Manager at Heery International, managing projects for Anne Arundel County, and Lead Project Manager at Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, focusing on project management and process improvement. Stephen began their career as an Engineer at Gannett Fleming. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering Science from The Johns Hopkins University, earned in 1979.
