Steve Barlow

Steve Barlow is a Technical Director of Transport Planning at GHD, with extensive experience across all facets of the transport industry in both the public and private sectors. They have developed transport plans, policies, and strategies for major centers and activity corridors, demonstrating expertise in planning for active transport and effective parking management solutions. Previously, Steve served in various roles, including Senior Policy and Planning Officer at the Department of Transport in Western Australia and Contract Administrator at the Public Transport Authority. They hold a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Curtin University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Edith Cowan University.
