Steve Edwards

Steve Edwards is a Project Director at GHD, where they lead the land development services group. They previously held the role of Manager of Parks, Marina, Long Range Planning, Tourism, and Culture at the Town of Whitby from 1988 to 2015, and managed land use controls and plans administration for the Corporation of the Town of Whitby from 1990 to 2003. Prior to that, they served as Planning Supervisor at the Durham Board of Education from 1982 to 1988. Steve holds multiple degrees from the University of Waterloo, including a Master's Degree in Applied Science in Management Science and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban and Regional Planning. They also earned a Master's Degree in Municipal Management from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
