Teddy Melgar

Teddy Melgar is a seasoned project manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently, Teddy works as a Technical Director for Meinhardt Group in Dubai, focusing on the NEOM Magna infrastructure design project. Teddy previously held significant roles at Aurecon and Surbana International Consultants, where they successfully managed various large-scale projects, enhancing delivery and contract management. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Mapúa University, Teddy has also worked in several countries, honing a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder perspectives across Contractor, Client representative, and Consultant roles.
