Terry Hui

Terry Hui is a Senior Technical Advisor in Integrated Water Management at GHD, with over 30 years of experience in utility operations and management. Previously, they served as a Water Design Engineer for the City of Vancouver, where they managed an $8M water main replacement program and facilitated the integration of the city's water utility asset management system. At Metro Vancouver, Terry excelled through various roles, including Division Manager for Water Services O&M and Program Manager for Water Services Maintenance, where they managed significant budgets and implemented strategies that led to substantial cost savings. Terry earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
