Tom Bedeman

Tom Bedeman has over 18 years of experience in strategic consulting, data analysis and systems advisory in various sectors. Tom has held leadership roles including Head of Strategic Insights & Analytics - Data and Systems Advisory at GHD since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Strategic Consulting at Amey - Ferrovial Group from 2012 to 2020, where they established and led a team of 140 experts in infrastructure strategy and operations. Tom also worked as a Strategic Asset Management Specialist at CH2M from 2007 to 2012, leading projects worldwide. Earlier in their career, they served as a Data Specialist in Economic Regeneration at GWE - Business West from 2002 to 2007, leading the development of financial impact toolsets for public services and infrastructure planning.

Tom Bedeman completed their undergraduate education at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1999 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Honors) with a concentration in Macroecomics and Econometrics. Tom then pursued further education at the University of Bath from 2001 to 2002, obtaining a Master of Science in Economics (MScEcon) in the same specialization of Macroeconomics and Econometrics.
