Tom Nguyen

Tom Nguyen is a Senior Structural Engineer at GHD in Baton Rouge and previously served as an Engineer at ECI from 2013 to 2022. They began their academic journey at the University of South Alabama, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and were active in multiple engineering societies and research initiatives. Earlier, Tom worked as an Undergrad Research Assistant, focusing on water quality and disinfection byproduct formation. They have also held positions such as Intern Hydrologist at the National Weather Service, where they analyzed geospatial precipitation data, and Drafter at Future Pipe Industries.
