Tom Nicholson

Tom Nicholson is a highly experienced engineering geologist currently serving as a Technical Director at GHD since August 2015, where responsibilities include interpreting geological conditions to support structural engineering design. Previously, Tom held the position of Associate and Northern NSW Manager at Coffey Geotechnics Pty Ltd from April 2000 to June 2015, and worked as an Exploration Geologist at Delta Gold Limited from December 1998 to April 2000. Tom began the career as a Geophysicist with Coffey Geosciences from June 1997 to December 1998. Academic credentials include a BSc Honours degree in Geology and Geophysics from Macquarie University (1992 - 1997) and early education at Cranbrook School (1985 - 1992).
