Tracey Scott, AICP, CNU-A, NCI, is currently the Business Development Lead for Future Communities at GHD, focusing on creating sustainable and community-oriented urban environments. Previously, they served as a Principal and Senior Urban Designer at Urban Utopia from 2010 to 2024, where they led various high-profile urban design projects, including the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor Project. Tracey has also held positions at Kitchen & Associates, AVRP Skyport Studios, and other firms, gaining extensive experience in urban design and planning. They earned a Master of Architecture and Master of Urban Design from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland College Park.
