Tyler Dixon

Tyler Dixon is a Tailings and Dams Engineer at GHD since 2022, bringing extensive experience in civil and geotechnical engineering from previous roles at BGC Engineering Inc., where responsibilities included the design and construction of tailings dams from 2013 to 2022. Prior to this, Tyler worked as a Research Assistant at UBC Engineering from 2011 to 2013 and as an Engineering Intern at ParklandGEO. Early career experiences include working as an instructor for the Okanagan Hockey School Ltd. and serving as a Senior Community Assistant at SAIT Residence and Conference Centre. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia and an Engineering Design and Drafting diploma with a structural concentration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
