Wayne Smallwood

Wayne Smallwood is a skilled designer with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. They began their career as a Surveyor at Penguin GPS Surveys before progressing to roles such as Highway Designer at AECOM and Municipal Roads Designer for the Town of Whitby. Wayne served as a Senior Designer at GHD and later as a Project Manager at Morrison Hershfield. They hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed in 2004. Currently, Wayne continues to contribute to the field with their expertise.
