William Armes is the Business Group Leader for Emergency Preparedness and Response at GHD, overseeing teams across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. They lead efforts to deliver exceptional client service, foster career development for professionals, and ensure business sustainability. Previously, William held various roles, including Project Engineer and Project Manager at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates from 1999 to 2010, before joining GHD in 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph and completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in 2016.
