Jochem Dorst is Ghella's Technical Director for New Zealand, where they lead the Technical Department and are part of the Senior Leadership team. With 20 years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure across Australia, Asia, and New Zealand, Jochem has successfully managed various projects, including the KVMRT Line 3 metro Project and the Auckland Light Rail project, during a previous 19-year tenure with Arup. Jochem is a Chartered Structural Engineer with degrees in Structural Engineering and Management, complemented by a course in High Impact Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
