Joe Kelley

Joe Kelley has worked in various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2015 to present, they have served as the President/Chief Executive Officer of Ghost Controls, LLC, where they oversee the design and manufacture of gate automation solutions. Prior to this, from 1999 to 2015, they were the President/Chief Executive Officer of GTO Access Systems, LLC, where they transformed the company into a high growth business model and prepared it for sale. Before that, from 1995 to 1999, they were the President of the Tallahassee Area Chamber of Commerce & Florida's Capital Region, E.D.C., leading a successful turnaround and doubling membership. And from 1992 to 1995, they served as the President of Florida's Capital Region, Economic Development Council, where they implemented successful economic development initiatives, resulting in significant job growth and increased funding.

Joe Kelley attended the University of Connecticut from 1976 to 1977. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this time. Joe then went on to study at Florida State University from 1977 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education.
