Laura Moody

Laura Moody is an experienced technical support specialist currently working at Ghost Controls, LLC since August 2020. With a background in technical support spanning over a decade at GTO and GTO Access Systems, Laura has developed expertise in customer troubleshooting across various product lines. Previous roles include office management and co-ownership at Computer Tutors, engineering technician positions at Elbit Systems of America and Talla-Tech, and quality assurance roles at Syntech Systems Inc and Contract Assemblies Inc. Laura began a career in manufacturing as a machine lead/operator at National Research. Laura holds a high school diploma from Rickards High School and has pursued further education at TCC.
