Rick Lacombe

Rick Lacombe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick served as the Chief Operating Officer, SVP Sales & Marketing at Ghost Controls since June 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Director of Engineering & Product Management at GTO Access Systems, LLC from September 2014 to June 2015. From July 2013 to September 2014, Lacombe was the Chief Operating Officer at Redwire: Real. Expert. Security, where they managed various departments and oversaw the company's profitability and business goals. Rick also held the position of Vice President at Sonitrol of Tallahassee from March 2001 to September 2014, where they supervised mergers, managed strategic initiatives, and implemented CRM software. Lacombe started their career as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy from December 1992 to December 1998.

Rick Lacombe has a diverse education history. In 1992, they attended the Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) and studied Nuclear Power until 1994. Later, in 2000-2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Florida State University - College of Business. Following this, they enrolled in the Leading Professional Service Firms program at the Harvard Business School in 2013. Rick attended this program again at Harvard in an unspecified period. Currently, their education journey continues at Aileron, where they are undertaking the Course for Presidents.
