Stephan Lawson

Stephan Lawson has over 17 years of work experience in mechanical engineering, beginning with a Research and Development Internship at Aesculap Inc in 2004. Stephan then moved on to Penn Fishing Tackle as a Design Engineer in 2005, where they designed and developed fishing reels, coordinated production at offshore vendors, and implemented continuous quality improvement. In 2012, they joined Globus Medical as a Project Engineer. In 2014, they were hired as a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Bresslergroup. Stephan then went on to be a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Exokinetics, Inc. in 2019, and is currently the Head of Mechanical Engineering at Ghost Robotics since 2022.

Stephan Lawson attended Lehigh University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
