Blake Pennington

Blake Pennington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Principal at Munich Re Ventures since March 2022, Blake also holds directorial and observer roles at Abstract Security, Pendulum, and FERNRIDE, respectively, alongside investment positions at Ghost Security and Titaniam, Inc. In addition to these roles, Blake mentors at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst and participates in the Venture Capital Investment Competition as a mentor, judge, and global champion. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Fusion Fund and a mentor at FedTech. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University.
