Mathieu Jaboin

Mathieu Jaboin is a seasoned finance professional who has acquired nearly ten years of experience in internal audit, business risk management and regulatory compliance. M. Jaboin studied at UQAM where he obtained a bachelor's degree in accounting sciences. He is a member and charterholder of the CPA designation. M. Jaboin started his career in 2011 at the accounting firm Ernst and Young (known as EY) as an Audit and Risk Advisor where he provided risk and control advisories to several private and public companies. Between 2012 and 2015, he held the position of Internal Auditor as well as Risk Management Advisor within well-established natural resources companies including Rio Tinto and Resolute Forest Product. His time with IIROC (Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada) as a Financial Operation Examiner from 20117 to 2019 enabled him to acquire knowledge of regulatory compliance within brokerage and investment dealer firms.
