John O'Nolan

John O'Nolan is the founder and CEO of Ghost, the world's fastest growing creator platform. Decentralised, independent, open source subscription commerce, Ghost is currently a team of 30 with $5M annual revenue. Prior to Ghost, John was the Deputy Head of Design at WordPress, where they helped to conceptualise, design, and develop the user interface and experience for the world's largest open source content management platform. John's work was mainly used in the 3.0 - 3.2 release cycles, and was shipped to ~100m users. Before WordPress, John worked as a freelance UI designer and consultant, their client list included Microsoft, Ubisoft, EasyJet, Virgin Atlantic, Nokia, and many more.

John O'Nolan works with a small team of people, including Peter Zimon (Head of Design) and Hannah Wolfe (CTO & Co-Founder).
