Michael Barrett

Michael Barrett has a strong background in software engineering and web development. Michael currently works as a Product Engineer at Ghost since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Teamwork.com as a Fullstack Software Engineer from 2016 to 2023. Before that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Inviqa from 2015 to 2016 and a Software Engineer from 2013 to 2015. Michael also worked as a Senior Web Developer at Ascensor Limited from 2011 to 2013, and as a Web Developer from 2009 to 2011. Their earlier work experience includes being an Installation & Service Engineer at APS Security & Fire from 2004 to 2009.

Michael Barrett attended Basford Hall College from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued Levels 1 - 3 in Electrotechnical Technology (City & Guilds 2330). Before that, they completed their GCSEs at Wilsthorpe Community School from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Michael obtained the Zend Certified PHP Engineer certification from Zend Technologies in June 2014.
