Carol Lee

Carol Lee is a Principal at ghSMART. She advises corporate and private equity clients on their most pressing leadership priorities including executive assessment, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Before joining ghSMART, Carol was a Senior Director at Bain & Company, focused on delivering organizational talent strategies and solutions to clients. Prior, she was a Senior Manager at Bain, serving private equity investors and Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare sector on topics related to strategy, operating model effectiveness, and market due diligence.

In addition to client engagements, Carol worked with Bain’s executive leadership team on critical human capital initiatives, including COVID response management & return to work efforts for Bain’s global offices. She also led Wharton MBA recruiting efforts globally for Bain and was the Program Manager for the Summer Associate Program in Bain’s New York Office.

Carol has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Northwestern University.
