Doron Seo

Doron Seo is a Principal at ghSMART. He advises investors, boards, and corporate clients on their most significant leadership priorities, including leadership assessment, top team effectiveness, and organizational change. His passion lies in helping unlock the potential in talent – for individuals, teams and organizations.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Doron was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in London, where he served clients on corporate strategy and organizational topics, as well as executing large-scale growth transformations. Doron also worked closely with senior leaders in McKinsey’s global Learning & Development function, leading the design of Partner learning journeys.

Before McKinsey, Doron was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, with a focus on financial advisory and transaction execution for institutional clients. He also held a senior management role leading global expansion at an exponential growth phase start-up. Throughout his career, Doron has also worked extensively on recruiting, talent development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Doron holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
