Lara Shafik

Lara Shafik is a Staff Recruiter at ghSMART, responsible for recruiting high caliber talent and driven professionals to join the IT, Finance and People teams.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Lara was a Senior Recruiter at Rad Power Bikes establishing Rad teams across the U.S. and Canada while implementing new processes. She worked as a Recruiter at Tailored Brands recruiting top talent across northeast America. Lara also worked in the staffing and consulting agency setting with Anotech Energy as a Recruiter and Account Manager, where she was responsible for managing accounts, recruiting new talent for clients and bringing in new business.

Lara holds a BA in Technical Management from Concordia University Texas. She lives in Houston, Texas.
