Nicholas Fleming

Nicholas is a Principal at ghSMART, where he advises Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and hedge fund managers on their most critical leadership and organizational challenges.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Nicholas was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised senior leadership teams within a range of industries including financial services, industrial goods, and social impact. His work predominantly focused on topics including digital transformation, organizational change, and customer loyalty and centricity. Earlier in his career, Nicholas was a consultant at the UN World Food Programme in Rome and co-created a mobile technology non-profit based in West Africa.

Nicholas holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a McArthur Fellow, and a BASc., First Class Honours in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar.
