Wendy Nelson

Wendy Nelson is an Executive Assistant at ghSMART. She is responsible for providing support to two Principals in addition to managing projects.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Wendy was a project manager at Equitable in the Life Insurance area. She was responsible for managing a variety of projects, including developing and maintaining reference materials for the sales team as well as planning and executing several large client events and internal sales meetings. Previous to her project manager role, she provided high-level support to senior executives at Equitable. Prior to Equitable, Wendy spent several years at a hedge fund providing administrative support to an executive and then later working in the investor services area, providing excellent customer service to their investors.

Wendy lives in Higganum, Connecticut with her life partner, Mike, and has a daughter, Shannon, in college in New Hampshire. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, walking her dog, Nala, capturing nature landscape photos and spending time with family and friends boating during the summer months.
