Xavier Eichelberger

Xavier Eichelberger is a Principal at ghSMART, where he advises private equity investors, hedge fund managers, and corporate clients on their most pressing leadership challenges. He partners with senior leaders to help maximize success through leadership assessment, leadership development and coaching, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to ghSMART, Xavier was Co-Founder & COO of Made With Love Brands – a collection of direct to consumer (DTC) brands serving customers in the maternity & baby niche. During his tenure, top line revenue grew more than 500% and the brands expanded through retail partnerships with Macy’s and Nordstrom.

Before that, Xavier served in multiple operational and strategy roles including consulting at both Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company, where he led projects and advised senior executives. He served Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries, with a focus in telecom and technology.

Xavier earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.S. in Mathematics from Morehouse College and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
