Andrew Young is a seasoned operations and revenue leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations at Ghost. Previously, Young held the position of Senior Director, Customer Success & Operations at Home Partners of America®, where they oversaw customer success strategies across 40 rental markets, managing a team of over 35 associates. With experience in sales and marketing, including roles at REX and Harbor Freight Tools, Young has a proven track record in driving scalability and process innovation. They are also an advisory board member at DBXS Marketing and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business at California State University Channel Islands.
